Diablo's first floor is open to the Strip and it's location provides an exciting people-watching hot spot. The decor features vibrant colors, rustic tile and furniture, and one-of-a-kind hand painted murals. We were here on the final day of the weekend celebration and Diablo's mexican wrestling mascot Moose-O-Libre as well as a chicken and a donkey were present to ring in the festivities.
